About the workshop
An intermediate workshop about intentionally creating challenge with rope. We will approach torment through focused pressure, controlled breathing restriction, and predicament-based situations while keeping negotiation and observation central.
What you will learn
- Apply carefully placed jute or coconut rope to create focused intensity.
- Explore controlled breathing restriction with clear communication.
- Build predicament situations that give the receiving partner meaningful choices.
Practical information
- Roles will not switch during this workshop.
- The workshop remains floor-based; there is no suspension.
- Bring 5 to 6 ropes measuring approximately 7 to 8 metres.
- One coconut-fibre rope is included per pair.
